MEET THE TEAM

 

Over at the Grotto, we only employ the most friendly and educated people.  From our chef, who studied at the Culinary Institute of America, to our bartenders and servers - we believe quality people make quality food.  

Dean P.​  - HEAD CHEF

 

After owning a number of resturants and working in catering over the past 30 years, Dean Puleo has decided to open up a restaurant near his second home - the court house! 

Dean is also a practicing attorney at family court, and was recently elected Elma Town Justice.

Richard Isaacs - Head Chef

 

Our head chef has decades of experience.  He studied at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and helped design many of the dishes on the menu!

Renee Ashley

Renee has worked as a bartender and in restaurants for many years.  She holds a degree in marketing, and knows how to serve with a smile.

Tony Puleo

Tony has had experience with cooking for many years as the son of Dean Puleo.  Working the bar and assisting in the kitchen, he assures a laugh as well as a stiff drink.

Mark Bogumil​ - Marketing & Technical

 

Mark has worked with computers since the age of 8 and has ran several successful internet-based businesses.  He moderates the facebook page, the website, and the technical aspects of the resturant.
