As a family owned business, we pride ourselves on our excellent food and excellent service.  Our recipes come primarily from the owner of The Grotto, Dean Puleo.  After being in the food service industry for 20+ years, he's discovered many unique techniques that help define our dishes as unique to The Grotto.

As we are in a soft opening phase, please forgive us for our limited menu.  If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them - as long as you don't mind them ending up on the menu!
